The book's authors Olga Kounari & Kalli Polemi (founders of Mathaino Diatrofi) portray in a humorous and educative manner the daily 'battle' around a family table.
The book is addressed to children aged 4-9 years, parents & teachers. It deals with the issue of selective eating and gives clear guidelines for the proper nutritional education of children in order to enhance their familiarity with the Mediterranean diet while protecting their relationship with food.
